Instructions
Prepare your ingredients: Gather pork chops, ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, butter, garlic, and pepper.
Season the pork chops with ranch seasoning mix on both sides.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the pork chops to the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over them.
Sprinkle additional ranch seasoning and black pepper over the pork chops.
Cover the slow cooker and set to low heat for 6-8 hours.
Check for doneness; pork should reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove pork chops from the slow cooker and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
