Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients: Gather pork chops, ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, butter, garlic, and pepper.
  • Season the pork chops with ranch seasoning mix on both sides.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the pork chops to the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over them.
  • Sprinkle additional ranch seasoning and black pepper over the pork chops.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set to low heat for 6-8 hours.
  • Check for doneness; pork should reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove pork chops from the slow cooker and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
