Open the package of crescent rolls and carefully roll out the dough. You’ll see eight triangular pieces; gently stretch them to enlarge each piece slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and fresh parsley. Mix until everything is well incorporated, creating a flavorful filling.
Take a generous spoonful of the filling and place it at the wide end of each triangle of dough. Be careful not to overfill, as it can make rolling difficult!
Starting at the wide end, roll the triangle towards the tip, enclosing the filling snugly. Pinch the edges to seal them, ensuring the filling stays inside while baking.
Once all the rolls are assembled, place them on the prepared baking sheet. They should be spaced apart to allow for expansion while baking.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted unsalted butter. Sprinkle each roll with everything bagel seasoning for an added flavor boost.
Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Keep an eye on them, as you want the tops to be a lovely golden-brown color without burning the bottoms.
