  • 1 can (8 oz) Refrigerated crescent roll dough Use fresh dough for the best results.
  • 1 cup Sliced pepperoni Choose your favorite brand.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Use high-quality cheese for optimal flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning Enhances the flavor of the filling.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or melted butter For brushing the rolls before baking.
  • to taste Marinara sauce Optional for dipping.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface.
  • On the wide end of each crescent triangle, place about 3-4 slices of pepperoni and a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese. Optionally, add a pinch of Italian seasoning.
  • Starting from the wide end, roll the dough towards the point of the triangle, enclosing the filling inside.
  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each roll.
  • Brush the tops of each roll with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes to restore crispiness.
