Equipment

  • Chef's Knife
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (1 block), room temperature
  • 3.4 ounces vanilla or white chocolate instant pudding mix (1 box)
  • 1 ¼ cup 2% milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (1 tub), thawed
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 ¼ cup Reese’s minis halved and divided
  • 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips divided
  • 4 whole regular-sized Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • Nutter Butter Cookies, nilla wafers, Graham Crackers, apple slices, pretzels, and animal crackers for serving

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter and 8 ounces cream cheese. Use a mixer to ensure the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Gradually add 3.4 ounces vanilla pudding mix to the peanut butter mixture and mix well to incorporate evenly.
  • Reduce the speed of your mixer, then slowly add 1 ¼ cups of 2% milk. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Carefully fold in 8 ounces whipped topping using a spatula. Be gentle to retain the fluffiness of the mixture.
  • Next, add ½ cup milk chocolate chips, 1 ¼ cups halved Reese’s minis, and 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. Fold these in to distribute them evenly throughout the fluff.
  • Garnish the top of your dip with the remaining ¼ cup of Reese’s minis and ½ cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips. This adds a beautiful finishing touch!
  • Now it’s time to transfer your peanut butter fluff dip to a serving bowl. Cover it up and chill in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours or, better yet, overnight.
  • Once chilled, serve with your favorite dippable items such as cookies, animal crackers, apple slices, pretzels, and Graham Crackers. Enjoy!
