- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 package fresh ravioli (1 pound), cheese, spinach or any filling you like
- 1 cup baby tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon basil pesto
- 1/2 cup white navy beans
- pinch chili flakes
- salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese for sprinkling, extra
Start by preheating a 9-inch deep skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt, creating a rich base for your dish.
Once the butter is melted, add in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute, stirring frequently. You'll notice the lovely aroma filling your kitchen!
Next, introduce the fresh ravioli and baby tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté these together for about a minute, allowing the ravioli to absorb some of the flavors.
Add in the fresh basil leaves. It’s amazing how this herb enhances the dish! Sauté for another two minutes until everything is well combined.
Pour in the vegetable stock and cover the skillet. Let it cook, checking occasionally until the ravioli is tender, which should take about 8 to 10 minutes.
Once the ravioli is tender, stir in the white navy beans and basil pesto. Cook for another three minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Finish off your dish by seasoning with a pinch of chili flakes and salt to taste. You can also sprinkle some freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top for an extra touch of flavor.
Remove the skillet from heat and serve the One Pan Ravioli Recipe immediately. Enjoy the vibrant flavors and comforting textures that you've just created!
Don’t forget to savor each bite and share the joy of this meal with others. It’s a dish that brings people together!
- Tip 1: White beans and pasta are a perfect pair for me; however, feel free to swap that for some asparagus, broccoli, or chickpeas!
- Tip 2: Chilli flakes and a sprinkle of fresh Parmesan cheese take my One-Pot Ravioli to the next level!
