Instructions
1. Prepare the dates: Pit the Medjool dates and pulse in a food processor until they form a sticky paste.

3. Combine wet ingredients: Mix melted coconut oil and maple syrup until smooth, then add date paste.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
5. Roll the dough: Flatten the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick on parchment paper.
