Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and tools, including a mixing bowl, a whisk or electric mixer, and a rectangular baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
Assemble the cake by layering Twinkies at the bottom of your baking dish.
Spread half of the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture over the Twinkies.
Add another layer of Twinkies on top, then spread the remaining cream cheese and whipped cream mixture over it.
Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle mini chocolate chips.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature, especially the cream cheese, for smooth mixing.
