  • 200 grams Digestive Biscuits Crushed into fine crumbs.
  • 50 grams Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Sifted to avoid lumps.
  • 100 grams Unsalted Butter Melted before mixing.
  • 397 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk Adds sweetness and moisture.
  • 100 grams Chocolate Chips For topping, melted separately.

  • 50 grams Chopped Nuts Optional, for added crunch.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  • Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  • Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add cocoa powder to the melted butter and mix until smooth.
  • Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the crushed digestive biscuits until fully incorporated.
  • Add chopped nuts if using, and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tray and press down firmly.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the biscuit layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
