Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the croissant dough on a clean surface.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese onto each triangle of dough.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the filling.
Roll the dough from the wide end to the pointed end, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side.
