  • Start by preparing the brownie base. In a small food processor, combine mashed avocado, cocoa powder, agave, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and raw vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Don’t forget to scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well incorporated. The texture should be velvety and rich, ideal for a brownie base.
  • Once blended, divide this luscious mixture evenly between two bowls, spreading it out to create an even layer. This brownie layer will form the bottom of our Mint Chia Pudding.
