  • 1 large Egg Beaten before adding to the mixture.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Adds warmth to the flavor profile.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pre-made pie crusts and cut out circles about 4 inches in diameter.
  • Press each circle of pie crust into the bottom and sides of mini tart pans.
  • Blind bake the crusts for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg, cinnamon, and flour. Blend until smooth.
  • Slice the peaches into thin wedges.
  • Spoon the cream cheese filling into each tart crust and arrange peach slices on top.
  • Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the filling is set and crust is golden brown.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
