Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pre-made pie crusts and cut out circles about 4 inches in diameter.
Press each circle of pie crust into the bottom and sides of mini tart pans.
Blind bake the crusts for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg, cinnamon, and flour. Blend until smooth.
Slice the peaches into thin wedges.
Spoon the cream cheese filling into each tart crust and arrange peach slices on top.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the filling is set and crust is golden brown.
