Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease your mini donut pan with non-stick spray or butter.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and egg until combined.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
Add vanilla bean paste and mix gently.
Divide batter into four bowls and add food coloring to each.
Fill donut cavities with alternating colors using a piping bag.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Decorate with icing or toppings as desired.
