Equipment

  • Chef's Knife

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Fluff

Instructions

  • Remove Cream Cheese from fridge and open the box and open the foil. Let the cream cheese sit on the counter at room temperature for approximately 15 minutes to soften. Do not microwave. While you can skip this step if you are in a hurry, hardened cream cheese is more difficult to whip up and gets caught in electric beaters a lot easier.
  • Cream Cheese and Marshmallow Fluff can be combined using electric beaters. Any contents that get stuck inside the wire metal of the beaters just needs a spatula to push back into the bowl.
  • Serve Marshmallow Fruit Dip with a fruit platter with fresh sliced fruit and a variety of cookies and crackers like graham crackers and animal crackers.

Notes

  • Tip 1: Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge. It should stay fresh for up to three days.
  • Tip 2: While it’s best enjoyed fresh, you can freeze the dip for a couple of weeks. Just remember to thaw it in the fridge before serving.
  • Tip 3: Serve with a variety of fresh fruits like strawberries, apples, and bananas. For a sweet crunch, consider adding some cookies like graham crackers.
  • Tip 4: Use a colorful platter to attract attention. The vibrant colors of the fruits against the creamy dip create an inviting display.
  • Tip 5: This dip can be made a day in advance to save time on the day of your event. Just keep it covered in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
