- 4 oz arugula
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 16 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 12 oz smoked salmon sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the arugula, pine nuts, and olive oil to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pause, season with salt and pepper, and add the eggs and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a large sheet pan covered with parchment paper, and bake at 350 F° for 15 minutes.
