In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, dijon mustard, and hot sauce until well combined.
Pour the marinade over the chicken in a large zip-top bag or dish.
Seal the bag or cover the dish, and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least an hour.
When you’re ready to cook, preheat your grill or oven. If grilling, prepare your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off.
If grilling, place it directly on the grill and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes per side.
If you prefer to use the oven, preheat it to 425ºF.
Transfer the chicken to a baking pan and place it in the oven. Bake for approximately 6 minutes.
Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
