Instructions
Start by preparing the fresh corn. Cut the kernels off the cobs using a sharp knife to yield about 4 cups of corn kernels.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add the unsalted butter to the skillet and let it melt, swirling it around to cover the base evenly.
Add the corn kernels to the skillet and stir gently to coat them in the melted butter. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drizzle in the honey and stir well to combine, allowing the heat to help the honey dissolve.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, adjusting to taste.
Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the flavors meld together.
