Instructions
 

  • Start by preparing the fresh corn. Cut the kernels off the cobs using a sharp knife to yield about 4 cups of corn kernels.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  • Add the unsalted butter to the skillet and let it melt, swirling it around to cover the base evenly.
  • Add the corn kernels to the skillet and stir gently to coat them in the melted butter. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Drizzle in the honey and stir well to combine, allowing the heat to help the honey dissolve.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, adjusting to taste.
  • Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the flavors meld together.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish or leave in the skillet.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh herbs before serving.
