Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until evenly mixed.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Combine thoroughly.
Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until hot.
Prepare the cream cheese filling by beating the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in chopped strawberries.
Drop batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Allow the doughnuts to cool slightly before slicing them in half horizontally.
Spoon the cream cheese and strawberry filling onto the bottom half of each doughnut.
Place the top half of the doughnut on the filling to create your doughnut burger.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving for an elegant touch.
