Instructions
1. Prepare taco shells by baking them according to package instructions or shape tortillas into taco forms and bake until crisp (10-15 minutes).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy (2-3 minutes).
3. Add lemon juice and vanilla yogurt to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined and fluffy.
4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until just combined.
6. Spoon cheesecake filling into each taco shell, leaving room for strawberries.
7. Layer sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake filling.
8. Optionally, add whipped cream on top of strawberries and drizzle with chocolate sauce or sprinkle with crushed nuts.
9. Serve immediately for best texture and freshness.
