  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream For a light and airy texture.
  • 8 small Taco Shells Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt Adds creaminess and flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • Optional Toppings Whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or crushed nuts.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare taco shells by baking them according to package instructions or shape tortillas into taco forms and bake until crisp (10-15 minutes).
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy (2-3 minutes).
  • 3. Add lemon juice and vanilla yogurt to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined and fluffy.
  • 4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • 5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until just combined.
  • 6. Spoon cheesecake filling into each taco shell, leaving room for strawberries.
  • 7. Layer sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake filling.
  • 8. Optionally, add whipped cream on top of strawberries and drizzle with chocolate sauce or sprinkle with crushed nuts.
  • 9. Serve immediately for best texture and freshness.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
