Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then incorporate cinnamon.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over the dough.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
