  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs Finely crushed for even layering.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Can substitute with milk or dark chocolate.
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Acts as a binding agent.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts Such as walnuts or almonds.
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips For topping.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until all the crumbs are coated.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  • In another bowl, combine the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth and pour over the chocolate chips.
  • Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the peanut butter layer.
  • Finish by sprinkling the mini chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Let the bars cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for longer freshness.
