Fresh or store-bought, at room temperature.
Filling

Shredded Cheese
Blend of mozzarella and cheddar.

Pepperoni Slices

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
Cut the dough into rectangles, approximately 6x8 inches.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, and pepperoni.
Place a generous amount of the filling mixture in the center of each dough rectangle, leaving space around the edges.
Fold the sides of the dough over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
Brush the wraps with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with dipping sauces.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
