Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough Fresh or store-bought, at room temperature.

Filling

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Blend of mozzarella and cheddar.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Diced, for added sweetness and crunch.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For brushing on the wraps.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For flavor enhancement.
  • Salt and Pepper To taste for seasoning.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
  • Cut the dough into rectangles, approximately 6x8 inches.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, and pepperoni.
  • Place a generous amount of the filling mixture in the center of each dough rectangle, leaving space around the edges.
  • Fold the sides of the dough over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  • Brush the wraps with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
