  • 2 cups Fresh Cranberries Rinsed and checked for blemishes.
  • 4 medium Apples A mix of tart and sweet varieties, peeled, cored, and sliced.

Crumble Topping

  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Adds warmth and depth.
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour For the crumble topping.
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats Adds texture and nutty flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Adds richness and caramel flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Cold and cut into small pieces.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Wash and sort the cranberries, core, peel, and slice the apples.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cranberries, apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt for the crumble topping.
  • Add cold butter to the dry ingredients and work until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Transfer the fruit mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit mixture.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  • Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
