  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.5 cup Buttermilk
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by melting unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat until completely melted. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, dried dill, dried parsley, dried chives, and onion powder.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk and sour cream until smooth.
  • Slowly pour the melted butter into the buttermilk and sour cream mixture while whisking continuously.
  • Add salt and freshly ground black pepper, stirring thoroughly to combine.
  • Gradually add the dry herb mixture to the creamy base, whisking continuously to prevent lumps.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Transfer the dressing to a clean jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  • Stir before serving. Enjoy as a salad dressing, dip, or topping for grilled vegetables.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Stir before using.
