In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cottage cheese until smooth.
Add 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning and mix well.
Finely chop 1/4 cup of green onions and add to the mixture.
Incorporate 1 cup of shredded cheese and stir until fully integrated.
Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime and mix thoroughly.
Transfer the dip to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños. For a healthier option, substitute half of the cottage cheese with Greek yogurt.
