Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Drop rounded balls of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are slightly underbaked.
  • Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
