Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
If using raw chicken, poach chicken breasts for 15-20 minutes until cooked, then shred.
Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle about 12x16 inches.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and optional vegetables and seasoning.
Spoon the chicken mixture down the center of the dough, fold sides over, and seal edges.
Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder or Italian seasoning.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
