  • 2 cups Cooked, shredded chicken breast Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 0.5 cup Ranch dressing High-quality ranch dressing recommended.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Can blend with cheddar or provolone.
  • 1 pound Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 0.5 cup Mixed vegetables (optional) Finely chopped bell peppers or onions.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adds depth of flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • If using raw chicken, poach chicken breasts for 15-20 minutes until cooked, then shred.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle about 12x16 inches.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and optional vegetables and seasoning.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture down the center of the dough, fold sides over, and seal edges.
  • Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder or Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or marinara sauce for dipping.
