Puff Pastry
Usually contains two sheets.

Fresh Blueberries
Rinsed and checked for stems.

Cream Cheese
Softened.

Granulated Sugar
To sweeten the filling.

Egg
Beaten with a tablespoon of water for egg wash.

teaspoon
Vanilla Extract
Use pure vanilla extract.

Ground Cinnamon
Optional for added flavor.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Thaw the puff pastry for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Gently fold in the blueberries into the cream cheese mixture.
Roll out the puff pastry sheets to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square and fold over to seal.
Brush the tops with egg wash.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Can be paired with ice cream or whipped cream.
