Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 ounces Bowtie Pasta Cooked to al dente.

Meat

  • 1 pound Ground Beef Lean ground beef preferred.

Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For creamy texture.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter For sautéing garlic.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For added flavor.

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  • 2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • 3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • 4. Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • 6. Toss in the drained pasta, coating it well with the sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • 7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  • 8. Serve hot, optionally with a side salad or garlic bread.

Notes

This dish can be customized with vegetables or different cheeses for variations.
