Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
4. Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
6. Toss in the drained pasta, coating it well with the sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
8. Serve hot, optionally with a side salad or garlic bread.
