  • 2-3 medium Ripe Bananas Mashed until smooth.
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar Packed.
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Nuts Optional.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well until combined.
  • Stir in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until well blended.
  • Crack the eggs into the mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together.
  • Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and optional nuts.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
