Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until fully combined. Gradually pour this mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thickness and cut out doughnut shapes.
Heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the doughnuts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the doughnuts from the oil and let them cool slightly before filling.
Fill the doughnuts using a piping bag with the cheesecake mixture.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
