  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed for brightness.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean workspace.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Form the mixture into small balls or patties, about 1 to 2 inches in diameter.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the crab bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the air fryer and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For variations, consider adding jalapeños for spice or fresh herbs for flavor.
