- 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast Shredded, use rotisserie or grilled chicken.
- 1 cup Bell Peppers Diced, mix of colors for vibrancy.
- 1 small Onion Diced, enhances flavor.
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds depth to the flavor.

- 2 tablespoons Butter For grilling, adds richness.

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced bell peppers, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay a large flour tortilla flat. Place a generous amount of the filling in the center, followed by a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, place the burrito seam-side down in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the burrito, adding the remaining tablespoon of butter. Grill the second side for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the burrito from the skillet, let it cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve warm with toppings.
