Ingredients
  

Beef

  • 1.5 pounds Sirloin or Tenderloin Cut into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes.

Vegetables

  • 2-3 pieces Bell Peppers Use a mix of colors, cut into 1-inch pieces.
  • 1 large Red Onion Cut into wedges.
  • 1-2 pieces Zucchini Sliced into thick rounds.
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes Bite-sized.

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil High-quality for best flavor.
  • 1 large Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Essential for seasoning.
  • as needed Skewers Metal or soaked wooden skewers.

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add cubed beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Wash and cut vegetables into uniform sizes.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
  • Assemble kabobs by alternating beef and vegetables on skewers.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until beef reaches desired doneness.
  • Let kabobs rest for a few minutes before serving.
