  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/4 cup Grass-fed Butter
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic Cloves Crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Combination of rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (about 175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Tapioca Flour, Coconut Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, and Ground Flax Meal. Stir well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Add in Warm Water and mix until it forms a thick batter.
  • Incorporate the Palm Shortening and Egg into the mixture. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
  • Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with a silpat baking mat or parchment paper.
  • Take the dough and roll it into a ball with your hands. Place it onto the prepared baking sheet, then cover it with an additional piece of parchment paper.
  • Using a roller, gently roll out the dough until it's thin but not transparent.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • While the breadsticks are baking, prepare the garlic butter by mixing together Grass-fed Butter with Garlic Cloves.
  • After the initial baking time, remove the breadsticks from the oven and spread the garlic butter mixture generously.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Once done, remove the breadsticks from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
