Preheat your oven to 350°F (about 175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine Tapioca Flour, Coconut Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, and Ground Flax Meal. Stir well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
Add in Warm Water and mix until it forms a thick batter.
Incorporate the Palm Shortening and Egg into the mixture. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with a silpat baking mat or parchment paper.
Take the dough and roll it into a ball with your hands. Place it onto the prepared baking sheet, then cover it with an additional piece of parchment paper.
Using a roller, gently roll out the dough until it's thin but not transparent.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
While the breadsticks are baking, prepare the garlic butter by mixing together Grass-fed Butter with Garlic Cloves.
After the initial baking time, remove the breadsticks from the oven and spread the garlic butter mixture generously.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
Once done, remove the breadsticks from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
