Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated.
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil Extra virgin.
  • 1 medium Lemon Juice Juice of one lemon.
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Wooden Skewers

  • 8-10 Wooden Skewers Soaked in water for at least 30 minutes.

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Cut the chicken breast into even, bite-sized pieces. Add to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden-brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm, garnished with parsley or additional Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Leftover skewers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
