Instructions
1. Gather all your ingredients. In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar, then sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
3. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture. Add melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
