On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut the dough into 2-inch squares.
Brush a 9x5-inch loaf pan with some garlic butter mixture.
Dip each square of dough into the garlic butter and layer them in the loaf pan, alternating with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Pour any remaining garlic butter over the top.
Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm area.
