  • 1 pound Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional.
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.
  • 1 cup Flour For dusting.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into 2-inch squares.
  • Brush a 9x5-inch loaf pan with some garlic butter mixture.
  • Dip each square of dough into the garlic butter and layer them in the loaf pan, alternating with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour any remaining garlic butter over the top.
  • Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm area.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce or garlic aioli for dipping.
