Instructions
Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bucatini according to package instructions until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
Reduce heat to low, add black pepper, and a splash of reserved pasta water to create a smoother sauce.
Drain the bucatini and transfer it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
Add the Parmesan cheese and toss until melted and combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Serve warm with extra Parmesan on top.
