Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 ounces Bucatini Pasta A long, tube-shaped pasta that holds sauce well.

Sauce

  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Essential for a creamy sauce.
  • 6 cloves Garlic Minced finely for flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt For seasoning the pasta water.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked for flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bucatini according to package instructions until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Reduce heat to low, add black pepper, and a splash of reserved pasta water to create a smoother sauce.
  • Drain the bucatini and transfer it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and toss until melted and combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Serve warm with extra Parmesan on top.

Notes

For variations, consider adding sautéed vegetables or proteins like chicken or shrimp.
