  • 1 teaspoon Natural Vanilla Flavoring
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs For serving.

  • Begin by preparing your fresh strawberries. Rinse them under cold water, then gently pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Remove the green tops and slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Set aside a few whole strawberries for garnish.
  • In a mixing bowl, place the softened cream cheese. Beat the cream cheese until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Add the granulated sugar to the cream cheese and continue to beat until fluffy and light.
  • Add in the sour cream and mix well until fully blended.
  • Incorporate the natural vanilla flavoring into the mixture.
  • Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, being careful not to overmix.
  • Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  • Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with reserved whole strawberries and fresh mint leaves before serving.
  • Serve with graham cracker crumbs, fruit, or pretzels for dipping.

Notes

This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
