  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar To sweeten the cheesecake filling.
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream For the whipped topping.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste For flavoring the cheesecake filling.
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar To sweeten the whipped cream.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
  • Distribute the graham cracker mixture among serving cups and press firmly to create a base.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla bean paste and mix until fully incorporated.
  • In another bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  • Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup, filling about three-quarters full.
  • Top each cup with sliced fresh strawberries.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with reserved strawberries or whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
