Sauce Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and egg. Add green onions, garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-2 tablespoon meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Coat the baked meatballs with the firecracker sauce in a mixing bowl.
  • Serve on a platter, garnished with sesame seeds and cilantro.

Notes

These meatballs can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
