- 200 g Large Carrots Diced
- 1 small White Onion Finely chopped
- 450 g Chicken Breast Cooked and shredded
- 170 g Peas
- 450 g Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt To taste
Start by boiling the diced potatoes and carrots in a large pot of salted water until they are tender, but still firm, about 10 to 12 minutes.
