- 1 pound shrimp 16-20 count
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
- 1 2/3 cups heavy whipping cream pasteurized
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese grated (1 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces baby spinach 2 cups
- Pinch nutmeg
