Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Panko crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Bulgogi sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 sliced green onions white and green parts separated
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup Bulgogi sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • rice for serving
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1-2 teaspoons water
  • 2-3 teaspoons Sriracha sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, combineground beef, Panko crumbs, Bulgogi sauce, ginger, the white parts of thegreen onions, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. You should end up with around 12 meatballs.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Watch them closely; they should be browned on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
  • Once done, take the meatballs out of the oven and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle with the remainingBulgogi sauce and toss gently to coat them.
  • Sprinkle over thesesame seeds and the green parts of thegreen onions for a fresh touch.
  • In a small bowl, stir together thesour cream, water, andSriracha sauce. Drizzle over meatballs and serve with rice.

Notes

Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
