Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the pie crust by pressing it into a 9-inch pie dish and pricking the bottom with a fork.
Pre-bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Wash and trim the asparagus, then sauté in olive oil for 3-4 minutes until just tender.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
Fold in the shredded cheese and sautéed asparagus into the egg mixture.
Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
