  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs Crushed graham crackers.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
  • Cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  • Add the beaten eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just incorporated.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs gently.
  • If using a creamy filling, take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, place filling in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place cookie dough balls on it, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers are set but still slightly soft.
  • Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
