Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
Cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add the beaten eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs gently.
If using a creamy filling, take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, place filling in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place cookie dough balls on it, spaced about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers are set but still slightly soft.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
