Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake the crust for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and fold in whipped topping.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Repeat the layering process with the remaining cream cheese mixture, caramel, and pecans.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Cut into squares and serve chilled, drizzled with additional caramel if desired.
