  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs Base layer for the lasagna.
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter Melted, for binding the crust.
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce Drizzled between layers for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Enhances the flavor of the filling.
  • 2 large Eggs Bind the filling together.
  • ½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Optional, for added flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake the crust for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  • Repeat the layering process with the remaining cream cheese mixture, caramel, and pecans.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Cut into squares and serve chilled, drizzled with additional caramel if desired.
