Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Add honey or maple syrup and nut butter, mixing until smooth.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  • If using, fold in optional mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
  • Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before lifting out and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cool completely on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
