  • 36 cookies Oreo Cookies Crushed for the base flavor.

  • 12 ounces Chocolate Chips For coating, can use milk, dark, or white chocolate.
  • Sprinkles Optional for decoration.

Instructions

  • Start by placing the Oreo cookies in a food processor. Pulse them until they are finely crushed, resembling a fine crumb.

  • Scoop out small portions (about one tablespoon each) and roll them into balls.
  • Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • While the cake balls chill, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals.
  • Remove the cake balls from the refrigerator and dip each ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat them.
  • Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet and add sprinkles if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate coating to harden completely.
