Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough until it reaches about ¼ inch thickness.
Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil.
Spread the refried beans evenly over the dough.
Pour the tomato sauce over the beans, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the sauce.
Add the diced bell peppers and chopped onion on top of the cheese.
Scatter the jalapeños over the toppings.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
Sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over the top and garnish with sliced avocado.
Slice the pizza into wedges and serve immediately.
